Students – Tomorrow’s Leaders Students are tomorrow’s leaders, and they need to begin to identify themselves as such if they want to see real change in themselves and in the world. It is important
for students to understand that they are the future leaders of the country. Every student has the potential to lead, whether they realize it or not.Nurturing them to become effective leaders is important.

The Student Leadership Challenge® is a dynamic program specifically designed to liberate the leadership potential in students in high school, undergraduate level, or in faith or community-based groups. The workshop uses various resources and tools such as student-centered books, professional development workshops, and the 360-degree Student Leadership Practices Inventory to help encourage, inspire, and develop the next generation of leaders.

The Student Leadership Challenge® is based on the similar research as the classic Leadership Challenge program for adults. However, the program for students has a unique focus on developing young leaders and has proved to be an effective tool in liberating the leader in every student.

Jackalyn Rainosek is experienced in teaching people how to liberate the leader within themselves, and to be able to lead others.
